IRL: Beatriz fastest in Kentucky Lights practice

Ana Beatriz was the fastest driver in Indy Lights practice at Kentucky Speedway according to a tweet from @IndyCarPR. Her top speed was 193.165 mph.

Our View If NASCAR wants to poach a female driver from Indy, Beatriz would be a better bet than Danica Patrick. This lady is fast and probably wouldn't mind spending a season or two in Nationwide competition as she develops; just some food for thought.

IRL: Beatriz wins Iowa Indy Lights race

Ana Beatriz blasted into the lead on the final lap as another female driver Pippa Mann ended up on her lid. Beatriz navigated the crash and is now the first two-time female winner.

Our View: Perhaps Jack Roush should be talking to her about making the switch to NASCAR; she wouldn't have any issues paying her dues in Nationwide.
